Canton Community Preservation Committee unanimously approves FY28 funding applications with revised materials checklist. Chair George Comeau, Alison Grossman, David McCarthy, Lisa Lopez, and Adam Brothers voted 5-0-0 to advance the applications with added revision dates and a new cover page. Administrator Allison Neff reported all CPA funds expended for the FY26 Historical Society Building Analysis project, with $51.5k remaining in the FY26 supplement for Hemenway Windows Phase III.
The Committee will vote on final approval of the 2026 Community Preservation Plan at its June 1 meeting.
