Trench paving set for five Canton streets Nov. 5

The Town of Canton Department of Public Works announced that, weather permitting, C. Naughton Corp. will perform permanent trench patching on Thursday, Nov. 5.

The work involves milling and paving water trench areas where work was completed over the summer. It is scheduled on Fuller Street, Mountain Avenue, Sunnyside Avenue, Riverview Road and Hillside Street.

The town issued a traffic advisory saying motorists and residents should expect slight delays and detours while the work is underway. Additional details and traffic instructions will be provided on-site.

The town thanked residents for their patience and cooperation as the roadway improvements are completed.
